Dryness since my teen years

I am now 49 years old but as a teen I had a couple of eye infections and it just got worse from there. I gradually started using over the counter eye drops because after the eye infections the dry eyes started and gradually got worse over time. I’m at my worst point now, it’s so depressing!!!

The lord above has gotten me through this because my dryness definitely hasn’t gotten any better. It’s really bad now and the redness is worse than it’s ever been.
